TMI has the capability of running as low as ½ ounce in our 55 ton press and up to as high as 165 ounces in our 1000 ton. Our molds consist of manual hand loads to automatic self-unscrewing for female threads.
We have a total of sixteen presses, one being a shuttle used for insert molding. TMI also offers CNC and screw machine support for making inserts as well as other machine turning products and/or metal stampings if required. |

We also run ridged PVC. We welcome both short and long production orders. Fast turn around from quoting to mold construction and production is one of our specialties. |
